I live outside of French Polynesia. How many loose pearls can I take with me?
You can bring back up to ten loose pearls per person without a customs declaration. Beyond that, your purchase will be presumed commercial and you will have to make a declaration to the customs authorities. For more information, please visit the French Polynesian Customs website (in french).
I bought a pearl in another shop. Can you drill it?
Yes, this is possible for us. However, the price is a little higher and we do not refund the pearl in case of damage during drilling.
Does the pearl's brilliance last long?
Yes, if the pearl is properly maintained. It is recommended to remove the jewelry when you go to the sea or pool and clean it with a soft, dry cloth after each use.
How do I care for my pearl jewelry?
It is recommended to wipe with a soft, dry cloth after each use of your jewelry.
What types of payments do you accept?
In our shops, we accept cash in most currencies, cheques in pacific francs (XPF) only and most credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, JCB, UPC and local payment cards).
For orders via our website, we accept wire transfers and the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa.
